Business law since 2015, with direct contact between client and partner.
The firm was founded in São Paulo in 2015 on a simple idea: people who hire a lawyer want to speak to the person handling their case. From the start, every matter has been handled by one of the partners, from the first contact through the handling of the matter.
From São Paulo to Porto
In 2021, part of the firm moved to Portugal. We opened the Porto office to support Brazilian companies arriving in Europe and European companies doing business in Brazil. Both partners are admitted to the Brazilian and Portuguese Bars and practise personally in both countries.
Business law, with a focus on restructuring
Our work is business law: contracts, corporate matters, shareholder disputes and the litigation that arises from them. Within that, judicial reorganisation is a central part of our practice. We act both for companies that need to restructure their debts and for creditors seeking to protect their claims.
A real partnership
We like to understand a client’s business before giving an opinion on it. We explain risks in plain language, say what we think and agree scope and fees in writing. For companies with recurring needs, we offer monthly retainers.
